The staff were extremely helpful and provided plenty of information. The wake-up service in my deluxe queen room was a nice surprise. Having coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator in the room was a big bonus. The hotel's central location, near downtown and restaurants, was great. It was conveniently located relatively close to the Seattle Aquarium.

The hotel was a decent base for enjoying a very convenient area, so close to all the attraction, airport via public transport and the shopping area and the pike place. The food was outstanding and there were variety of dishes in the menu. Central location was a plus.
